The crew were professional; introduced themselves and set straight to work. They explained when there were issues with wobbly furniture and were very helpful with the whole move. When I booked my move I knew straight away I'll choose this firm. The contact person was extremely polite and answered all my questions.

If you are looking for professional movers that are friendly, and courteous please book with North East Movers. The moving representative was also very helpful booking the appointment, accessing the contents for pricing, and following up with my concerns.

North East Movers did an awesome job! We had them come out and give a proper estimate, which really helped as we knew what to expect. 3 "sons" showed up, one wasn't feeling well and they called in another helper before he left so that they would have 3 on the move. They worked hard together to move our 2 bed plus den condo into a 3 story semi. The parking situations were difficult, there were many items and we have pets so dog fur covered some boxes etc, but they worked quickly and smoothly and we felt great about the care they gave to our belongings. They wrapped bigger items in blankets and taped the securely. As well they disassembled and reassembled our beds, which was so amazing as after a super long day of moving it's time to crash not assemble and we didn't have to. Such a great job, we would highly recommend their service! Thanks so much North East Movers!

The guys from North East Movers have done 2 moves for us. They are on time, efficient, and extremely careful with our furniture. They are accommodating to our requests and the cost is very reasonable. Great job guys!!

North East Mover's crew arrived a few minutes early as planned and worked non-stop throughout the entire day to get the move done. There were many fragile items and Ikea type furniture which made it all the way to the destination without a single scratch or break. The men worked quickly and were experienced enough to move large furniture through some tight spaces. I'm very glad to have used this company and would recommend them to everyone. Did I mention that their pricing was better than most other movers?

The two guys that came were on-time and exceptional. They handled my merchandise with care and precision. I would highly recommend this company to any of my peers! They answered all of my questions with no hesitation and followed up in a timely fashion. Thank you guys! We'll be calling you again for our next BIG move ;)

North East Movers were amazing during our recent move on June 18. They were 15 mins early and were extremely friendly and polite. The entire crew was laid back, friendly and everyone was joking around with us - it made the event much less painful than we had anticipated. I'm 5 months pregnant and one of the movers kept asking me to sit and just supervise the guys - thought that was pretty cute. They handled everything with care and even asked us if we needed help assembling furniture afterwards. All in all, we were extremely happy with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time using movers - my girlfriend and I moved from 2 separate apartments into a third one.

On the day of the move, The team was a little late due to traffic. They called in advance and apologized, and ensured that the "official" clock started after they arrived and were fully set up, which was great. The team worked extremely hard moving all furniture, and were more careful with the furniture than I probably would have been. The team was extremely professional, and the total moving cost came in under the estimate.

I would highly recommend North East Movers for any residential moves. In fact, the next time I move, I will definitely use them again.

Couldn't be happier with the service we received from North East Movers. Our move was easy, pleasant and , while it took a bit longer than anticipated since we were going up and down more stairs than expected, it was worth every minute."They even were willing to move us on Sunday, which I know was difficult as they had been fully booked all week.

We just completed our move this past weekend. We decided to try out North East Movers. These guys were excellent! We had a fairly big move, so we opted for a 5 man crew and each of these guys worked their butts off and completed the job ahead of schedule.

The booking team were absolutely responsive and reliable when booking. I head some problems with the furniture company and pick up date and had to reschedule it a couple of times. They replied on time to every email I sent, booked the date and time as we agreed, didn't miss a thing. The moving crew were punctual and caring, neat and respectful. They called on time, arrived to the pick up place as they said they would, took good care of the pieces during transport and drop off, cleaned after unpacking, put everything at its right place, were careful not to touch any surfaces. No fault, decent price.

The crew that came to my move met all expectations with absolutely no surprises...on time and on budget. Will definitely use North East Movers next time.

We had some difficult items to move and maneuver, the guys found solutions to make everything work.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Punctual and polite, they had a non-stop drive to just get the job done on a hot June day. They beat us to our new location and called wondering how long we were going to be cause they wanted to get started! Didn't even want a break! Excellent workers and I have yet to find anything broken or missing 6 months later. Pretty rare for a moving company.

I had used North East Movers a few years ago and didn't forget how great they were, so when I needed to have some heavy pieces of furniture moved a short distance, I contacted them again. They not only accommodated the short notice for a very reasonable price, but they didn't give up on getting the couch into the basement where I wanted it, even when it looked like it wouldn't fit, they managed to get it down the stairs. They will be my first choice if I move again. Thank you.

The North East Movers guys work hard and excellent to work with. After the move, I know why they have a perfect score. They even helped me set up my front loader washer and dryer which I had purchased just before moving into my new home. These guys are professionals and very good at what they do - very customer focused and honest. Two things difficult to find these days.

I had a 2 bedroom upper apartment with a main floor studio and sitting room and a couple of basement items to move.

North East Movers staff were amazing. They packed the truck so well, none of my great number of boxes tipped and nothing was damaged.

The movers gave me opportunity to see if I like the placement

After our previously scheduled movers failed to show up, we found North East Movers online and called - so glad we did! They were able to move us on short notice and committed to the move the morning following the call. The owner called in the morning to say they were five minutes behind - such a nice gesture. They arrived and completed the move, were polite and friendly, and sweet to my dog. We love these guys - can't wait to use them again.

Best service i had in some time. Real guys with a fantastic great attitude.

I bought some desks,chairs and bookshelves at Ikea and for some reason didn't know North East Movers could pick-up and assemble all my new furniture.

It worked out and the guys were at all times making me feel in control and relaxed.

On moving day:

The arrival was right, they did call me 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know about a delay of 15', so no complains

They first took care of all large boxes, loaded the largest pieces of furn.i had and i have no bad or issues to complain about.

It does look like this guys actually like moving, well...I don't, but my office move was excellent

I was very impressed with the responsiveness, communication process, quality of the service and the customer service of North East Movers. I will use them again and refer friends because it was effortless and very, very reasonably priced.
