I take a weekly ride two harlem from the bronx. Call and support this black family owned business.

This company has the worst day dispatchers ever!!! The drivers are great and courteous. However dispatchers will say 5-7 min and I waited 30 minutes! I tried calling back to see where my cab was and the phone just kept ringing and ringing and ringing! When someone finally picked up, he said wait two more minutes and I waited an addtl ten minutes!!!! Ugh! Worst experience ever!

I will never call the cab service again. I was told to expect a cab in 5-7 minutes and waited for 30 minutes. I called again and was told the same time and waited 15 minutes. I never received a cab. Unfortunately this was the worst cab service I have ever experienced
