I have lived at 2066 Morris Ave for 3yrs now. When I first moved in I was so happy with the apartment and the building. Now, I just want out! The super does not know how to fix anything . He makes it worst or has to hire someone else to finish the job.! Every Sunday the garbage room on each floor of the building are full and smells so bad.That is because the super is off on Sunday, instead of using the garbage chute (which is locked by the way) we have garbage bags to use. There are no extra bags to open once that one garbage bag is filled.So Every Sunday your kitchen (if u live next to the garbage room) and entire hallway will smell really bad.We have amenities in the building. NEVER opened to its residents.(Play yard, Balcony)Two elevators in the building. One runs slow and the other will always be in use by the super. It takes 15mins to get from your apartment to outside of the building. Monday through Friday every morning its a nightmare to get the kids to school & get to work.

What i have to say is that the building on 2066 morris ave its a beautiful one always clean super and family are beautiful and helpful people.iv'e been into other buildings in the bronx and they are horrible the supers are nasty like the one on westchester ave.and the building on 2066 alawys well decorated.
