My experience at this driving school has been nothing but the best. The staff are very nice and respectful. My driver Oscar was nothing but patient and kind to me and I will always appreciate him for that. Motivation is what is needed to get out there and this driving school lives by it’s name.

This driving school makes up for a great team. Starting with the management.. They do an amazing job in that school and there are no words to emphasize the work that they do. Joshua is very insightful on what I was doing wrong and gave tips on how to correct it in very few lessons. Chuck was helpful with setting up the lessons accordingly to my schedule. Chiquita was very informative and it helped me to see another fellow female driver so that I can relate.

Ultimately, Alan made me feel super powerly confident, relaxed and happy! I may be bias because I spent majority of my time with him but he is the best. Based on the trust and confidence that Alan instills into people, I believe that he can lead anyone to have major success on the road test and driving on your own in the future.

A great place to learn to drive the instructor's a very nice and respectful. It was close to home and it was perfect thank you Chuck.

Kudos to Alan Diaz and to the Motivation driving school staff. This is a mom and pop type business, allowing for comfortable enviroment. I haven't driven a manual shift vehicle in over 20 years... Alan helped me get back to it in only three days. I learned practically on my own through trial and error , never taking tutorials.. Finally, I was able to hone in on questions and doubts i had 20 years ago. Thanks again, bro!!

I wouldn't say this is a horrible school but I can say that the instructor was not patient with me at all as a new driver. As a new driver you want to be able to learn without someone being rude or scared of being yelled at. This was not the case for me I felt nervous because the instructor Jose was rude. He didn't have the patience for a driver instructor. Save your money go somewhere where you will be treated better and enjoy your driving lessons and get the confidence you need without being yelled at.
