They dont tell new buyers that they may need to get flood insurance depending on the area,i think that is because they dont do this type of insurance. New buyers need all information posible to protect their homes. I was one of those new buyers and i end up covering $25000.00 in repairs for my home, just because i trust them when i got my policy with them.
