Founded in 1978, the Mind-Builders Creative Arts Center is a community-based organization that develops skills in a variety of art forms for children, teens and adults. It is a cultural institution that provides instruction in the area of performing arts for students. The institution provides instructive sessions for piano, violin, guitar, drums, flute, clarinet and keyboard. The Mind-Builders Creative Arts Center provides classes in disciplines, such as tap, ballet, adult yoga, West African salsa and dance fundamentals. It also offers training classes in productions by professional actors, directors, writers, composers, and choreographers. The center is located in Bronx, N.Y.
