It all seemed great AT FIRST, pricing was descent. However, after the FIRST fix, we called them 3 more times in less than three months to repair and fixes were obviously only temporary. When I finally decided to speak to the manager about a refund, I was told that the managers are only in from 8-10 and I would have to call back, call back, call back....I asked the receptionist to call the managers cell phone...She brushed me off and told me they would get the message tomorrow. VERY VERY RUDE!!!

The 1st technician canceled at the last minute after waiting 2 hours between 10am to 12pm. A second replacement technician was supposed to show up between 2pm to 3pm. It turns out that that technician was not able to arrive until after 3:30pm. I later found out that the replacement technician was still stuck on another job which was not completed on time. However, he decided to blame the delay on bad traffic which wasn't even the case.Nevertheless, my oven was not repaired and this company was fired as I hired someone else to do the job instead. Total waste of time dealing with this company. Not recommended.

Millwoods Appliance will do the job right the first time. I called about my stove on Saturday morning and I had a Technician here within 3 hours. These guys are good. I want everyone to use them.
