I went to a front door session back on June and yesterday July 11 2019, I went to a self-directed session. Both days, I had a very hard time dealing with the receptionist. This woman has no manners at all; she has a very nasty attitude. I told her both times why I was there and she treated me like a was bothering her. I don't understand how an agency that is supposed to serve people with disabilities and their families has such type of staff. This woman is very rude and has no ethics. Maybe, she is TOO OLD to be doing this kind of work, but I definitely think she shouldn't be at the front desk. Other than that, I have no complaints with the other personnel. They are very helpful and professional guiding families with services for their loved ones.
