I live in Queens and used this place for about 6 months. Never had a problem, They were timely, cost effective and the delivery guys never made you feel that you had to tip them. Until the new owners. They decided to limit pickups in Queens to nighttime only. I did not have a problem with that but when the delivery guy forgot to pick up my clothes, there was no apology, recompense or any attempt to fix the problem. I had to wait 2 more days for a pickup.
