If I could give them no stars I would. What a terrible experience. They came to my restaurant on a Wednesday and cleaned my kitchen duct system. During the cleaning the worker suggested I change my belt which he said was worn so I took his word for it. Well he couldn't get my system to work after that and neither could anyone else from his company! It is now Monday and still nothing!! I couldn't use my kitchen now for 5 days!! The owner Dominick was extremely RUDE and actually accused me that the unit was not working prior to them working on it and threatened me if I didn't pay for the cleaning and for the repairs up front he is not sending anyone back to fix it and I should go find someone else!! What a joke this guy is!! Some customer service!..smh..STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!...I'm actually starting a lawsuit against them for all my lost revenue..
