I have not used their services yet but I am going to. What strikes me as odd is the fact that most if not all people complaining use psoudonyms , not their real names. Also I think it unrealistic to expect moving to or from the Caribbean in a couple of weeks . I don't think LRDM has boats on standby for every person . I have spoken to their Reps and have been told upfront my move will take four to six weeks depending on how quickly the boat fills up . You have to be realistic , it's called common sense . And no I don't work for nor am I related to anyone at LRDM . Anyone as bad as people are alleging would have been out of business long ago.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! DON'T RECOMMEND MOVING WITH THEM. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. MY FAMILY WAS MOVING TO OTHER STATE, WE HAD ALL SAVED (BEDS, CLOTHES,FURNITURE ALL WERE IN BOXES. THE APARTMENT WAS EMPTY, THERE WERE NOTHING LEFT) WE GAVE THE KEY OF THE APARTMENT TO THE OWNER. WE RENT A CAR FOR US THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE OTHER STATE THE NEXT DAY BUT SINCE THIS PEOPLE WERE INRESPONSIBLE WE HAD TO PAY MORE FOR THE CAR THAT WE RENT, THE TELEPHONE LINE WAS RETIRED, EVERYTHING WAS PLANNED FOR THEY TO COME IN THE MORNING. THEY EVEN CALL US THE DAY BEFORE FOR BE SURE. THAT THEY WILL COME IN THE MORNING. A.M.!!!!! THIS WAS AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS SET A MONTH AGO!!! THIS WAS INCREDIBLE! THEY CALL US AT 4:30 P.M. THE DRIVER CALL US TELLING US THAT THE TRUCK WAS FULL AND THEY ONLY WOULD TAKE HALF OF OUR THINGS AND THE OTHER HALF FOR THE NEXT DAY. WHEN THEY SAID TO US THAT THEY WILL COME IN THE MORNING BEFORE 12:00 P.M. WE RESERVED THIS EARLY. A MONTH AGO!! WE COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS.

The office manager is an arrogant little pig, I tried to get insurance information, so I can submit my info. to the company and he wouldnt give it to me.they broke pratically all my furniture and lost a 20" inch t.v. and two large boxes, also some of my furniture had some woman;s name on it, so theres were I think my things went. My locker trunk was opened and two autographed yankees bat"s were stolen, they ripped my leather livingroom set, well what d you expect when the driver get's to florida drunk to deliver my furniture, which he was to deliver my furniture to New Jersey from Utah.the company has gone down hill, I wouldnt recommend them after this last move. the first two moves were good only minor damage was done.
