The hair they sell is not a good quality. That hair tangle so bad. I strongly suggest if your hair is not that bad do not sew extensions to your head. It is much better to use the clips. You can put them on and off whenever you want and causes less damage to your natural hair. I wish I knew it before.

I was one of the women sitting outside that day that they ALL went to the funeral. As a matter of fact I was there first. Everything that reviewer said was absolutely accurate-- not one of them apologized or seemed to care that so many customers were sitting outside on the stoop waiting for about 3 or 4 hours until one of the ladies waiting, who had one of their numbers, called and told us their excuse. It was pretty ridiculous. Then when they finally got there, they were behind schedule so the application was not very good, and felt rushed. It's sad because they have a very good idea, but with equally bad service.

Este lugar es una lastima. Para ser honesta no se merese ni una estrella. Decidi ir a este establecimiento por que estaba en bispera de mi boda y queria para mi tan esperado dia
lo mejor de lo mejor, que triste mi realidad dure un dia entero desde la 10am hasta las 11pm poniendome las extensiones mas dolorosas de mi vida. Gaste al rededor de 2000 dolares por el trabajo, y solo me duro un mes. Aruine mi luna de miel por k el pelo se conbirtio en una bola en mi cabeza perdi el 40% de mi propio pelo y lo k la tan famosa dueña tuvo la capacidad de decir fue que le comprara mas pelo y la puesta iva a ser gratis osea k le siguiera dando mi dinero. No lo recomiendo para nada. Creo k por menos de la mitad de lo k se gasta en este lugar asta en una esquina se lo hacen. No se lleven de la publicidad y hagan bien su tarea realmente no vale la pena.

The worst place!!!!!!!! I live in Miami and went to do my hair at this place the owner is sooooo ghetto its unbelievable she is rude aswell. I got to the salon at about 1:00 p.m didn't leave until about 12:00 a.m they are drinking listening to music smoking hooka and talking s..t DONT RECCOMEND AT ALL

I went to Dhis salon n I spent most of my day iin there from 11am to 6pm... Only 4 a wash n set I ddnt even add extensiions 2 my haiir... Dey r very unprofessiional driinkiin loud musiic as iif u were at a club no consiideratiion place as a pest iinfastatiion... Upstaiirs r rooms n I noe Dhis cuz dha salons bathroom was messed up so dey sent us upstaiirs 2 use dha tenants bathroom and as soon asi walk iin I c a mouse runniin iin dha bathroom I hear anotha n.on dha ceiiliin I hear wat sounds liike a rat eatiin thru dha wall... They r not worth ur money not 4 dha unprofessiionaliism and disrespect.. dey stop 2 talk smoke hookah n dance n leave u siittiin on dha chair wiit no explaiinatiion... Dha place iis nasty rat iinfested from top 2 bottom I was siittiin on my chaiir waiitiin 4 my worker which happens to b krailes herself n wen I look down under dha table a rat iis there smelliin around I ddnt jump or scream 2 not scare dha otha qiirls I shudve tho... I wiill neva qo there aqaiin place iis too unprofessiional loud gossiipers and most of all nasty... Rats everywhere... Sum1 shud call 311on dem n reposrt Dhis problem I feel sorry 4 dha tenants beiin jerked of there money... I first and foremost want to say how when I first walked into this establishment I thought how could a beautiful salon that has so many people from different walks of life be so unprofessional? I called A Tuesday in may to make an appointment for Saturday at 10am with a women named yardy. Friday I called to confirm the appointment Friday. Could you believe they had about 3 women waiting including myself waiting outside. A customer decided to call one of the employees at around 10:30am and asked what is going on? The employee responded and said that they were at a funeral and some of the girls were going to the burial. WHAT!!!!!! I could not understand for the life of me, why would you not communicate that to all your customers the day before. Not to mention 20 women standing outside with the same appointment I had with the same person for the same time. Someone should and never to explain what an appointment is and great service. Some of these women paid over $ 1000 In advance. Then the employees come at about 12 noon with no regard, respect or apology to the customers. I gave no tip but this is my feedback which should be more valuable then any money. Have respect for your customers because your customers keep your business running. I felt like they told my listen I do t give a bleep about y'all as customers because y'all gonna wait anyway. Never again will I go here and I encourage you to go somewhere else.

I went to this salon in NY and was the worst I've gone, there is music all day very, very loud, you can not talk on the phone can not hear anything the workers are drinking beer and taking the whole day to finish their job, I went at 2pm and I got out at 12 am and I'm not exaggerating, the person who was doing my hair was stopping to talk to other people and she did that the whole time she was working with me, on top of this, they were smoking hookah inside the place which is closed air conditioning, was the worst. I bought hair which is 55 dollars an ounce very expensive indeed and spend 240 dollars on hair and they charged me another 36 dollars in taxes, for a total of 274 dollars and that it was just a little bit of hair I bought to fill. The braids that I did was 30$ a line, super expensive and they also made ​​it really bad, I do not really know why I went to try this place, the place I used to go was much more better and 200 times cheaper. I do Not recommend it, bad atmosphere in the salon, like a public market, loud music, drinking, smoking, and to top very bad job, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY GOING THERE.



.Fui a este salon en NY y fue lo peor que he ido, hay una musica todo el dia muy pero muy alta, no puedes hablar por telefono no escuchas nada las trabajadoras estan bebiendo cervezas y toman todo el dia para hacer su trabajo, fui a las 2pm y sali a las 12 am y no estoy exagerando, la que me atendio para de trabajar en mi cabeza y se iba a hablar con otras personas luego regresaba y luego volvia a hacer lo mismo y para colmo todas fumando hooka dentro del salon cerrado con aire acondicionado, fue de lo peor. Compre pelo que es a 55 dolares una onza bien caro por cierto y gaste 240 dolares en pelo y me cobraron 36 dolares de taxes, o seas 274 dolares y eso que solo fue un poquito de pelo que compre para rellenar. Las trenzas que me hicieron fue a 30 la linea super caro tambien y me la hicieron super mal, en realidad no se porque fui a tratar este lugar si donde me la hacia era muchisimo mejor y 200 veces mas barato. No lo recomiendo para nada, mal ambiente en el salon, parece un mercado publico musica, bebida, fumar, y para colmo malisimo el trabajo, no lo recomiendo.
