The most horrible living situation I ever experienced!! My boyfriend and I were harassed for 2 years before being pushed over the edge to move out!! In those 2 years he harassed other tenants along with ourselves, filed false police reports on us, spread lies about us to the other tenants, threatened us, spied on us....the list goes on! We brought him to court on several occasions but I’m glad to see he got convicted of discrimination in a class action lawsuit. These people are truly the lowest of the low, racist bullies! They deserve ALL the karma that’s coming to them in life.

One of the mostl greediest evil person I've ever met in my existence! I repeat do not move into these people's property Hamdi Nezaj is a bully and he tries to intimidate his tenants and he is a very greedy old man he asks for more and more money all the time. The only good review on this strip is one of his family members writing something good on behalf of him don't believe the hype he's a very very bad man

Great man. They run great buildings. I have been living in the building where Crazy M lived for over 15 years. Check out some of the properties you own with zero violations. Not even the NYC owned building could achieve that status in how many years of operating. Crazy M oh how glad I am that they evicted you. I exerpienced this buildings conditions improve from a 3 to a 10 in just months when they first bought the building a long time ago. My uncle use to own the building before Hamdi did and he couldn't provide us with services like they could. His sons are good looking gentlemen but most of all sweet hearts. They are very knowledgeable about building management and maintenance. I also had my Jamaican boyfriend living with me. They never bothered me. If race was a problem when you interviewed then why did they give you an apartment? Crazy M where do you live now? The day you were evicted was a blessing from god. Be responsible in life. I always pay my rent. This building is at peace now with you gone. Now you must be another building owners problem. So sad that you write reviews like this.

Oh and yes the super is very strict about recycling and littering. But he is cool. His wife works hard to keep this building look beautiful and tenants appreciate that. Crazy M your apartment look like shit after you were evicted. So sad that it was renovated and you destroyed it. I pay the cheapest rent with nothing new in my apartment but I respect my apartment.

The best part of all is they spent so much money fixing the building and used there personal man power to do it. That they didn't raise anyone's rent. I have friend that her new landlord did so much work to there buildings that they saw a 300 dollar increase per month in there rent. Thank you Hamdi and sons. Your services are very much appreciated by people like me.

I agree with the other review. Landlord Hamdi Nezaj and son (Shpend/Schend/Joey) misrepresent and harass. Two courts cases against them in Housing Court in the last 3 months. They hire it appears recent immigrants from Kosova, and make them into puppets, doing things that are illegal (intimidating tenants, using loud equipment outside the doors of people they want to leave at 6:50a.m., probably so they can get more rent, restricting keys so that even legal roommates have to go to court to get an outside door key).
