I have been to Kache salon many times and today was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had. I made an appointment for 10am with a specific hair stylist named Harley. I didn’t get my hair washed until 10:45. I then sat in a chair with dripping wet hair until she finished chatting and blowing out someone else’s hair. This stylist was supposed to wash, cut, and do rollers to my hair and blow dry it. She managed to stop chatting long enough to cut my hair and that was it. She wasn’t even the one who washed my hair. She then asked another girl to blow my hair and I told Harley I requested you because I did not want anyone else doing my hair. All she did was shrug me off and say she knows what she’s doing, mind you I’ve never seen this woman in the salon before. Harley decided she was going to walk away from me and continue chatting with the other women as if I said nothing important to her. Needless to say I was extremely upset. I paid for the cut and walked out. I won’t be going back again. I’ve never been treated like that by anyone else in that salon which is why I was extremely disappointed.
