First, this Company is licensed in NYC, Westchester and Putnam Counties and are fully covered with worker’s compensation insurance. Second, know what you thoroughly want before you go looking for estimates, if you do not, you will find that the price of your initial proposal will change as the work is being done.

I am very pleased with the work JS Concrete & Masonry performed on our property. After John “the Boss” clearly defined the job, his staff totally understood and began to move forward taking pride in their individual part to perform an intricate job. The workers always arrived before time at 8 AM to begin work and shortly thereafter the Boss would arrive. If they had any questions and if the Boss was not present, they never hesitated to contact him to get his advice. His crew are hard workers and not one of them showed any signs of laziness or waited for instruction to be given, they knew what had to be done and did a great job.

I definitely recommend this Company if you want an excellent job completed on your premises. JS Concrete & Masonry went the extra mile in order to complete this job in order to fulfill his pride in his workmanship. Being that I am originally from the country and my father was a Carpenter and Mason, plus being that he was a perfectionist; after having a couple contractors come to give estimates, JS Concrete & Masonry knew what I was talking about and totally understood what I wanted; the other contractors missed the mark of my vision of what had to be accomplished.

Every day, before leaving the job, the premises was cleaned up and they always made provisions for us to enter or leave our home. The work was quite detailed and therefore it took more than a week for them to complete the job. You can get a number of estimates, but remember you will only receive the type of work that you pay for; it is my advice never to go with the cheapest contractor or you will probably be disappointed.

Special thanks to John and his crew for a great job well done! My chimney and sidewalk look fantastic. Would recommend them highly for their fast, clean, and professional job they did. My house looks amazing!

I had recently purchased a home that needed serious repairs. Being new to the neighborhood I was reluctant to hire just anyone so I did my research and JS Concrete & Masonry, LLC was highly recommended. After meeting with the owner John, and viewing similar jobs they did, I decided to hire this company. He explained everything from start to finish. To say the least, I couldn't have asked for better results. My new front porch and steps look absolutely beautiful and the leaks have stopped! It has totally transformed the front of the house. I am looking forward to having JS Concrete & Masonry install my new paver patio in the spring!

The sideway in front of my house was the third job that JS Concrete has done for me over the past ten years. Their Office staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, they expedite paperwork and get the job moving. The work and the work site is always neat, clean and safe, the workers courteous, and John always gives you a fair deal. Just ask my neighbors!

We had what we thought was an overwhelming job at hand, tired of water in the basement & being the eyesore on the block. Let me tell you ,I have dealt w/my share of contractors and I would recommend John & his team to do anything!, When I didnt know what I wanted, John patiently helped me with many of the decisions with no pressure. We had the entire bottom the house stucco'ed, 2 new alleyways, front garden box, our stairs done & drain by basement door---I can rest easy when it rains now, I have not 1 drop of water in the basement which was a hugh problem. Not only did they start the job on time, they finshed exactly when they said they would, they are very respectful, clean and quiet. John made this a very easy project that took no time at all to finish. I will definitely be calling him back to do our chimeny. I can not say enough about the final results, I now proudly stand in front of my home.

What's not to love about this company? They always responded promptly to my phone calls and emails. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They kept me "in the loop" during the permitting and scheduling phase. Once the job began, I was amazed by how quickly the work went - yet they were careful with every detail. The results are beautiful - a really great job!



I will definitely use them again should the need arise, and I highly recommend them to others. Bottom line: These guys know their stuff!
