I really enjoyed my pedi and manicure. I had the lemon pedicure spa and it was amazing. Definitely going back.

Hair stylist named Albana is extremely rude and unprofessional! Had an appointment with her and she called to ask if I could come in a half an hour earlier because she had something personal to do. I agreed. When I got to the salon she didn't take me till my original appointment time. When I questioned her why did you ask me to come in earlier she got very nasty and said, "you only had to wait a half hour". I will not be going back to her. No apology and nasty unprofessional attitude!

The owner (coco) who my mother and I have known since before she had her own place is a greedy, evil woman who doesn't stand by her services. I got SNS done with my mother TWICE by her--she was rough, cut me both times, and left all the film from the acetone on me after removing old SNS polish because she is always acting as if she is too busy. Mine and my mothers nails chipped the next day because she didn't do them properly and she refused to fix them, even though SNS is supposed to be guaranteed for two weeks (as per coco) I had to pay full price to fix my nails and then she talks to the woman in her language doing my nails and she does my nails super thick, saying it was my weak nails that caused the SNS to chip. I had gotten it done multiple times before and it never chipped until coco did my nails. Coco couldn't even make eye contact with me on the way out. The only person in there who can do nails is Annie but would never give coco business again.

When I asked her to take the acetone off from my skin, she handed me a tissue with oil on it and told me to wipe it. I always tip well, am considerate, and never got nasty with her. She charged my mother half price and I told her not to do me any favors, to just charge me full price, then talks to the woman in Chinese doing my nails and she does my nails super thick, saying it was my weak nails that caused the SNS to chip. I had gotten it done multiple times before and it never chipped until coco did my nails. Coco couldn't even make eye contact with me on the way out. The only person in there who can do nails is Annie and I love her but would never give coco business again.

Awwful and overpriced!! I paid $51 to get a full set on and gel nail polish after 1 week 2 nails fall off. Coco refuses to fix them and says she will only fix them before 3 days. Thats awful buissness will never come back again. On top of it i hated my nails when they did them they looked like toenails. Will never be back.

Sorry, but I moved to CoCo's willingly when she left Lily's,.Haven't had a good mani/pedi since. Pedi: cool water; no soap; no blue stuff; tech looking all around. I don't expect a 5min per foot massage but come on, give me 15-20 secs a foot. Nothing, Cream on my leg but not my feet? Mani: Soak in cool water, no blue stuff. Tech looking around, uneven file. My thought is that at least at Lily's she was looking around & cracking the whip. CoCo is busy doing nails. Not all Lily's techs were good, but I've yet to have a good one at CoCo's. Unless you get Jessica who came from Lily's. Really sorry about this because I had really hi hopes. But some things never change, the 2 hairdressers from Lily's that were so loud? There's at CoCo's & still loud!

Went in for the first time Christmas Eve to get my hair colored and cut with Lula and had a great experience. They were super busy (my fault I waited last minute) and very accomodating. While my color was on I was able to get a pedicure. Ethan gave me a great pedi and I was very happy. Will definitely be booking my next appointment with them.

Had such high hopes for this salon. The design is gorgeous, modern & clean. Have had some mani/pedis there & was pleased, so I figured I'd try getting a haircut. Had a 3:30 appointment with Angela. Was told to take a seat. Half hour later I'm still sitting there. NOT ONCE did anyone ever come over to check on me or let me know that Angela was running late, or how much longer I'd have to wait. Talk about a total lack of customer service! Needless to say, since my business meant nothing to them, I left. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I've been going to this salon for a few months and look forward to going every time I need a mani/pedi or waxing. I also have been going to the same hairstylist who now works in the salon for many years. The place is new and everything looks so modern and very upscale. It's a great incentive for me to go here rather than anywhere else. Making an appointment is best if you don't want a short wait. I like all the workers and I notice that their techniques are different by I like how my nails look each time! Love CoCo's Salon and refer or bring friends and family often!

I was surprised. Normally you see them watering it down to get every last drop out! Seemed like a nice place to work. All the girls were getting along and joking around. Great atmosphere. Will be returning again.

had a great experience in this salon. Hair staff is very welcoming. Andrea did my hair and I was very VERY happy with her. Pretty salon and great atmosphere. I'll definitely go back again.

this is a group of people from an old salon love the owner and group in hair department but they need better organization and better quality of pedicures and manicures money is not everything workers are quick and sloppy not thorough very expensive. i hope things can change

Went for the first time last week. The service is terrible. I waited for 15 minutes and I felt like they had no idea what they were doing. I went in to get my nails done - pedi & mani and was spoken to like I wasn't a good enough customer. I asked 2 times for a specific way of doing my nails and the woman looked at me and ignored my request BOTH times. I felt so out of place. The woman who I believe was the owner at the front was so fake.. I had a horrible experience and I won't ever go back again nor will I tell my friends and family to go as well.

Went in to get a manicure and pedicure. I was told to pick a color and wait no problem. After 15 mins I was asked to have a seat in a chair. The lady did not use a new towel and kept the old one from the prior client nor did I see her clean the tub. I asked for just a file and color instead and she did an rushed job... Move on to the nails she did a nice manicure until it was time to color she did a messy job, forgot to add the sparkly nail polish top coat I asked for and then got an attitude when I reminded her. She didn't help me father my things to go to the drying table and then rushed to her regular customers. Not the first time I've been treated this was before at this salon last time was the hair dressers. I will not be returning nor will be telling my friends and colleagues to go.

Beautiful new, CLEAN, modern salon. This shop looks like it belongs in manhattan. I had a wonderful experience here. As the other review said, the shampoo chairs are AWESOME. They recline and massage you. I didn't want to get up. I had a great stylist, her name was Andrea. She gave me a great cut and style. I was very happy and will definitely be coming back. Another perk is that I live upstairs and don't have to go far to get pampered. This neighborhood needed an upscale salon. Great salon and great staff. Wish you all the best of luck. Wonderful place!

Just got a haircut this week. Walked in to a clean, we'll kept environment. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Even the hair washing station was equipped with massage chairs! Everything about this place was amazing! I'm very particular about my hair and how it is managed. My hair stylist named albana did a great job and gave me exactly what I wanted. I'm definitely referring this place to everyone! They exceeded all of my expectations and made me look forward to my next visit.
