They don't tell you this but their merchandise isn't new it's refurbished! and when it breaks down they want nothing to do with you the warranty says you have to take it to new jersey! within three months!

i purchased an AC from this place and it didn't work they replaced it with a bulkier older model that also didn't work i spoke with the manager and after a long argument and crying he said he would call his boss to get me a refund but instead he called the police and ambulance and told them that i threw myself and my newborn on the floor. a couple passing by asked me what happened and after i told them the manager came out and started to threaten me.
