Omg, where do I start? My experience with Inner City was the worst!!! Poor customer service, unprofessional and they took FOREVER to get your car done! I had to be back of them in order to get my car and they did a horrible job!!! Please don't take your car here, it will save you a lot of headaches!!! SAVE YOURSELF!!!

I can honestly say that I have always been treated right with this company. My car is always done to my satisfaction and beyond. I am a repeat customer and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who wants their vehicle done RIGHT!! deal with Rob he is the best...

Best body work in the Bronx I have had my car repaired there multiple time and have always been impressed with the work I have recommended many of friends and co workers and they have all been impressed thank you for the professional service and great work keep it up

These people are thieves and the Spanish woman at the front desk is absolutely the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. There are many options in this neighborhood aside from this place with better customer service and prices. If you go here you are asking to be disrespected, robbed, and inconvenienced.

DONT DO IT!!! THIS PLACE IS NEVER TO BE TRUSTED!! THEY ARE VERY GHETTO WITH THEIR EMPTY PROMISES AND ALWAYS POSTPONE YOUR VEHICLE FOR A LATER DATE!! THE MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE AND UNFORTUNATLEY THE ONLY PERSON THATS WORTH A SMILE IS THE RECEPTIONIST! SHE IS WONDERFUL AT TAKING THE HEAT EVEN ONLY AFTER BEING NEW TO THE OFFICE!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T EVER CONSIDER THIS PLACE FOR ANY TYPE OF CAR CARE SERVICES! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM A HALF A STAR!! I RECEVIED MY CAR BACK 2 MONTHS LATER FROM MY DATE OF ACCIDENT SO LIKE I SAID DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK FOR A REAL PLACE TO DEAL WITH!!
