I used Infinity Moving again, this time for a long distance move. We used both their packing and moving services. I am thrilled to report that they did a phenomenal job yet again! The packers came the day before the move and didn’t spend much time than I thought it would take packing up our 2bd/2ba townhouse. They delivered everything from NY to IL on schedule. Communication with everyone from the guy who did the estimate which was down to everyone that confirmed times/dates was great. Email or phone both worked well. And (we're still unpacking a bit), to my knowledge everything arrived in IL intact. All my china and crystal survived (great job, packers!), the 60" flat screen whose box we threw out still works, everything is in great condition and I’m happy I chose Infinity Moving!

The mover went all above and beyond my expectations. Their rate was competitive in comparison with others. Before their arrival, they phoned me to be confirmed. They explicated us everything after their arrival. So we were actually acknowledged what was going on. Their sociable and friendly behavior made the move almost fun. The energetic and amiable workers took care of our whole items throughout the process. Briefly, they have been excellent all around the service. I will certainly use them again if we move in near future and now want to recommend for my friends and acquaintances.

Infinity Moving was a dream to work with! They were wonderfully responsive all the way from Jeff giving me an estimate to confirming the move-in date, provided lots of useful tips, and were both thorough and extremely pleasant throughout the whole process.

Moving day comes, and I was surprised by the fact that the crew showed up not only on time but a few minutes early. Infinity Movers and his team couldn't have been any nicer and more professional through the loading process, taking steps to ensure my items were protected. They unloaded everything at my new home that went even faster than expected. Love to recommend this company to you!

When I assigned Infinity Moving to manage my move, I had no idea about their service. I just spoke with Anthony their sales person and felt that these movers can tackle the pressure of my move. Last week, I needed to move some heavy items from my garage and this was a pretty hectic job since carrying heavy machinery is never easy. A friend told me about Infinity Moving so I contacted them. Their services are proving out to be largely helpful, economical and above all, predictable for customers. The job was completed to my satisfaction.

I moved to IL from NY about a month ago. When I was looking to hire a good, reliable and affordable moving company my friend suggested to hire Infinity Moving. They were flawless at everywhere. They showed their skills at packing, moving and storing. Nothing went wrong and they did everything according to the checklist. I was really lucky to have a neat, smooth, fast and stress free move. All credit goes to the movers at Infinity Moving.

I was amazed to see their performance during our move. It was a 2 bed room apartment within the NYC and the movers did everything right. They are very organized and have the ability to handle the pressure of the move. Movers seemed to be very confident and focused while executing my move. It was actually a great feeling to see all our belongings in one piece and without any damage after the move. I am very happy with their performance. If you are looking for the best company I have ever worked in my many moves I've made in my life, look no further than Infinity Moving. Hands down the best company in terms of service and professionalism. From the people they have in the office to the guys that actually hump the furniture, they are all super friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is left satisfied. I can't say enough about the way my move was meticulously planned and that plan was then executed to perfection. Right on time, no damages, and best of all no excuses. They give you an honest, fair price and stick to it. I even had to add a small table that I had overlooked when getting my estimate and the foreman told me not to worry about it. He would take care of it for me. I wish I found this company years ago as it would have saved me a lot of headaches dealing with so called "professional" movers in the past. These guys are the true professionals and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a family member or anyone else who happens to ask my opinion.

I contacted 3 or 4 movers to give me quotes from moving from NY to GA. Thomas come over to my apartment to give me a free estimate and took his time to answer my questions. During the move day I thought that they did an overall excellent job. The two gentlemen that packed my things did a great job wrapping all of my furniture and were able to quickly and efficiently load the truck. They were very hardworking, honest, and responsive to my follow up questions and did an excellent job in executing my move without any problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them for your move.

What a superb customer service Infinity Moving had offered! The crew provided superior assistance in packing up the last minute items I had not packed. All my shipment was delivered to me as schedule and everything arrived in great condition. I will definitely recommend Infinity Moving to all my friend and family!

Some people just have such high standards that is why no matter how good the company performed, they still find it inadequate. For me, Infinity Moving did a great job. As long as nothing got broken and they finished the move on time, I am happy. I have a fair standards and I think it is simply about the move that these companies should be judged on. I just completed my move from NJ to LA with Infinity Moving, and that went very well. The movers that came to my home to pack my things were very professional and took great care to wrap my belongings. They packed my goods in a timely manner with great attention to detail while taking inventory on everything they loaded on the truck. Alex and his crew delivered my belongings. They did an EXCELLENT job maneuvering my goods up a narrow staircase. At the end of the day, all items were accounted for. It was the best moving experience I have had!

Customer satisfaction is the top priorities of this company. These guys are GREAT! Danny the foreman was knowledgeable and his crew worked hard and quickly, but carefully and professionally. What a wonderful experience working with Infinity Moving and their highly trained professionals. We had many large appliances and they moved them without any problems. Everything arrived to the destination in the same condition that it left from our old place. Such a pleasure to work with Infinity Moving. Hopefully we don’t have to move again anytime soon but if we do we will definitely use Infinity Moving again in the future.
