This company towed my vehicle after an accident and stored it for 30+ days until the insurance company performed an estimate. Afterwards they started taking apart the vehicle then said to the insurance company it would cost a lot more for them to fix it. The insurance company wanted to move the vehicle to the owners home town and Imperial refused to release the vehicle. Now they are refusing to do the repairs and are demanding labor fees plus storage.They also refuse to put the car back together. They are scam artists watch out for your own sake!
