Whenever i go into the agency they always ask if i want a coffee i love heart to heart

Heart to Heart is a wonderful agency. I would suggest anyone who needs HC services to use heart to heart

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY EVER! They should not be in business. My mother has been w/ them for only two and a half months, and I've seen enough! During this period, she was without an aide about 20 days in total. I believe we received a phone call informing of such, maybe 2 or 3 times! AND, if it's a holiday, expect a no show from the aide! You won't find out until after the fact! SO UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Additionally, one aide stole money from her when she was in her own bathroom. Another aide helped herself to the freezer, as she would choose whatever she wanted for lunch, leaving my mom almost empty of food. Aide not once asked. And, she was only there for a 4 hour shift! Another aide showed up 2 hrs early for work (therefore, making her own hours for the day), and then left my 90 year old mother at a senior citizen program clear across town, because agency told her to leave when her hours was over, and they wouldn't pay for any additional time! Wat? So I'm obviously getting a new agency as soon as I finish this review! If I can help only one other person by posting this, perhaps I'll be able to sleep better at night! PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION: HORRENDOUS, UNCARING, NEGLECTFUL, LYERS (as "their records show there was an aide there on most of the 20 days I'm reporting," which also means THERE IS FRAUD GOING ON WITH THEIR BILLING! The office DOES NOT HAVE THEIR ACT TOGETHER AND ARE DOWNRIGHT SNIPPY ON THE PHONE! WHO NEEDS THIS? NO, THANK YOU! OMG, DON'T USE THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE PERSON RECEIVING THEIR SVCS!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! I believe there is a special place in hell for those who take advantage of our most vulnerable.
