Nothing but great appreciation and praise for Eddie Garcia and the boiler repair technician, Jerome. During Thanksgiving week 2018 my boiler was shutting down every 2 days. A totally different company was sending out a technician multiple times and the problem was not resolved. I googled boiler repair and saw Hands on Heating and gave them a try. The best decision ever. After speaking to Eddie on the phone and describing my situation he diagnosed the problem immediately and sent out his technician Jerome who was equally polite and professional. I intentionally waited to submit this review to ensure that the repair was not a fluke and after 2 months I can testify that I have had no problems with my boiler. Eddie even followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure all was well. Very classy. Thank God for Eddie and his staff.

This was my first experience contacting Hand On Heating and I must say. I was more than impressed!. It's a gem to find hardworking dedicated and kind individuals. When I called, it was almost closing time and feared I would not be able to get help. Eddie Garcia picked up the phone, and put all of my problems at ease. This guys knows what he's talking about. Very Patient helpful and Kind. This was a very good experience and I'd recommend there services to anyone I know!! Keep up the good work guys!

Very good work, customer attentive and very well priced. Always available. My ONLY boiler guy. I've been using him for a few years. Walks me through problems I can fix myself so no service call is needed. Excellent service. Almost like a friend doing a favor.

I highly recommend this company to friends and family. Eddie the technician is the best. Highly professional with fair prices. He fixed my water heater as well as my boiler. He took the time to answer every one of my questions as well as explain step by step what he was doing. You just don't get that kind of service nowadays.

The first time I called Eddie I simply said "I'm pregnant and we have been 2 weeks without heat". He rushed over and came to our aid. His promptness, professionalism and comedic relief made him our "go to guy" ever since! Eddie is more than a repairman or salesman he is a dedicated, kind hearted and patient individual. We recommended him to our family and we highly recommend him to you! Thank you Eddie for always going above and beyond to not only help us in our time of need but teach us how to do for ourselves.

Eddie was an amazing help! My husband and I came home to a freezing cold house. No matter how high we turned up the thermostat, the heat would not come on. We called every oil company in the area and each one told us we would have to wait 2 or 3 days to get service. We found Eddie's number and it turned out that our boiler was defective. He walked us through the entire process over the phone of getting our boiler and heater to work and even gave us some helpful tips. I will definitely recommend him to anyone and will be using his services in the future!

Hands on Hearing is a professional, reliable heating company. My boiler was out and I called Hands on Heating and Eddie was there in 5 minutes on a Saturday night. He fixed the issue and even sent out a followup note to make sure everything was ok. They are my go to boiler company now and I highly recommend them.

These guys were great! He fit me in on a Saturday and was on time. He did an amazing job. He was professional and knew what he was doing. His prices were very fair. I highly recommend him.

If I needed to rate a company from 1-10, I would give Hands of Heating a 20! They are excellent. Precise, timely and reasonable. Eddie came to fix an ongoing problem with our boiler at the expected hour. The issue was resolved in 1 hour, after working with 2 different "experts' who did not know what they were doing. This company is the real deal.

Our gas furnace was not working and we had several people work on it and they would get it going for a while but then it would conk out. We had a friend of the family help us and he was stumped. I found Eddie from Hands on Heating thru a google search and he was so helpful. My husband explained what was happening and Eddie came over that afternoon and got the heat going. We had questions later on and the regulator was not working so Eddie talked my husband thru what to do.

I highly recommend Hands on Heating and Eddie stands behind his work, clearly explaining what needs to be done, working efficiently and within a reasonable cost.

This was not our first experience with boiler 's specialist but certainly the BEST. After one month of aggravation and frustration of having a problem with the heating, we finally receive a professional and very knowledgeable service from Eddy! we would strongly recommend him to all who has any issues with heating and boilers. I had a problem with my boiler. After troubleshooting, I figured out the problem. So when I called Hands On Heating to inquire about the part I needed, Eddie was MORE than helpful. I drove to the shop, and met with Mitch who provided the best customer service ever. Not only did I purchase the replacement piece, but I was educated on boilers and boiler maintenance as well. The best part about it, Eddie followed up with me. He even gives a step by step, d.i.y. through Facetime. I was able to confidently fix my boiler through the necessary guidance. HANDS ON HEATING ROCKS!!!

Gotta say very good service, he knew what he was doing. Got the job done right....!!! Now I got heat and hot water. He Also was very informative..

My boiler broke down and thank God I called this company! Eddie was very professional and fixed the problem right away. He is very knowleable and is very passionate about his profession. I will always call him for any boiler issues and maintenance.

i called this company and they were very respectful, very helpful with answering most of the questions if not all and then some more i had, they even referred me to oil companies that give great oil rates.
