Provided by YP.comI believe Dr. Gross is a fine dentist... I do not doubt his capabilities as a professional but... his personal skills are lacking! Dr. Gross do not greet patients by name and/or give eye contact... and you can forget about a hand shake! He is very "cold"... and this characteristic is not always good when visiting a dentist.
