I went to this place in good faith as the owner for the salon advised he offers the best service at reasonable price. He was so confident and insistent, I went ahead and had a hair cut, single process color and set for a wedding that night. I explained to colorist I wanted to lighten my hair by 2 shades. She seemed to know what she was doing. The end result was a complete disaster. My hair is four different shades with brassy red undertones and my roots are blondish. The roots are at least 8 shades lighter than the rest of my hair. I left the salon with pin curls so I could not tell the damage until I went home to glam up for the wedding. The next day I spoke the manager and asked for my money back. He strongly REFUSED advised he doest have time for this and will fix the problem for free during the week. If you didn't do it right the first time, what makes you think I will be stupid enough to hand my hair over to you the second time? I suggest if you want good coloring, do your research and go by word of mouth! This place is HOT garbage.
