This is my experience at Fatima's hair salon, on September 20 , I went to the salon with the color hair I wanted to use for getting my hair braided. Fatima stated that she didn't like the hair I bought and instead she opt to use a different color hair she had in stock. I was reluctant because the color didn't match the color I had in my hair
( honey blonde) she wanted to use a burgundy instead. She convinced me that this was better, despite the color difference. I agreed, Fatima stated that if I didn't like it, she would take it out. Since it was getting late I allowed her to do it. The next day when I was better able to see the hair, I realized that the colors were nothing alike, I didn't like it, so I went back.
Fatima, stated that my hair was nappy and it was not her fault, she refused to redo my hair or give me a refund. #NaturalnotNappy.
