This place has been around for a DECADE now, and although it hasn't changed much the service has always made buying my glasses here a great experience. The staff is friendly and upfront, and gives the store a very local feel. If you're looking for 3 dollar glasses, go somewhere else, but if you're looking for a great deal on frames that will really upgrade your look and the way you feel about yourself, this is the place to go.

I went to Kelly's Fashion Optical to purchase new frames for my eyeglasses. I bought some nice frames but when the salesperson was adjusting the frames she accidentally broke them. I immediately requested a refund and the owner refused to give me my money back. Now I have to contact my credit card company to submit a dispute. Do not pay in advance at this place for your merchandise because you may encounter a problem. I'm going to also report them to the Better Business Bureau.
