I shipped my box through them in May. It's August and my consignee still haven't received the box. I called them and everybody had different story to tell me. Don't waste your time and money. Get a different shipping company. I Dnt know why they have bad reviews, yet they can't improve. Kg and don, the worst shipping company I have come across....

This people are liars and rude that nobody should shipped their stuff with them. They told me I'm going to receive my stuff in six weeks and three months later the is still not there and when you asked them why they get angry and starts to argue with you. I will never them to anybod.

This Agent claims to ship all over to any destination but its all a lie. , I recently shipped my goods through them to Ghana , they agree to deliver to my address in Ghana , when the goods arrived their agent called my consignee to pick up my goods because they will not deliver. I call the owner Sam to explain my situation. He was nasty , unprofessional and very rudy no costumer service skills . He claimed that I misunderstood his clerk and their policy is my consignee needs to pick up my goods , they will not deliver to my address . I ask him to take a look at the receipt that acknowledges the terms of the transaction he finally told me his clerk made a mistake by telling me they will deliver to my address and hanged the phone. I made repeated calls back to them and each time i mention my name complain he will hang the phone .I will not recommend this service to anyone , be careful once your goods get to Ghana you are on your own. This is a scam , they will rip you off

don't know about this buiness want to try it.. want to know the pricce of 40 ft and 20 ft contaner , have 2 cars and household good to ship to west africa (togo-lome) .call me @4028131818 from new york to lome (togo) thanks
