I don't normally do reviews, but I am compelled to do so for this company. This company was sent from above! I'm a full time employee, who also attends school with a family of four to tend to, and they have been an immense help with my grandmother, who lives alone. She was recently admitted to a rehab due to falling in her bathroom and they helped me get her all set once she returned home. They connected me with an agency to assist with a home health aide and even got me a case manager to help me with caring for her. They even called periodically to check up on her! I greatly appreciate this company and will highly recommend their service.

This company doesn't even deserve this one star. This company was provided to me after getting out of the hospital and they are horrible!! The nurse provided to me set upa service for home INR(blood thinner) checks, I ended up canceling the service after ONE visit . First, no one ever called to actually let me know when the nurse would come, the nurse called randomly while she was her way. I was a bit confused and asked what she was coming for and she didn't even know. However, I rescheduled. The nurse drew blood but I never received a call back. I called muiltple times and didn't get an answer, I actually had to call the lab to get instructions on how to get an answer. Finally got an answer and was told that they couldn't get results, yet no one called to say anything. Then, I asked when the nurse will return to do it again, whoever answered the phone had no idea. Luckily I didn't sit around like a fool and went to my original doctor to get checked, my levels ended up being too low. My point is they are extremely irresponsible, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
