Just moved in!!!! today was the first day traveling from home to work, Very excited! Very happy, I have to say that when I was first introduced to jerry I did my research and after looking at these reviews I was skeptical, Lord I hope I don't loose my money, 3wks later I met my landlord.
Jerry has the head strong type of personality no babying and no BS, which to some it might be perceived as him being an asshole but in reality he's a shark the one that will get you from not having a place to live, to moving in with just weeks, realtors work on commissions which I can say that even after he got paid he still worked as if I was the top priority even with my credit not being the best he did what he had to do, he was honest with me the whole way. My suggestion is to be honest on where you stand looking for a place remember, to move into anywhere is going cost a good amount of money jerry was actually less expensive than most as some realtors require double the fee to find you a place, this is a real review from a real customer of jerry Budhoo, I came out of my new apartment and took a deep breath of fresh air and still cant believe where I am now! Thank You! So Much Jerry. E=P

Jerry Budhoo is the best!! I caint thank him enough. He is very professional and hardworking and found the exact apartment I was looking for me and my family. I would definitely recommend Jerry to anyone who is in need of finding an apartment!

I've been working with Jerry since July 1 2019 I can ask him did he have any apartments available he ask what I was looking for I told him you said when can you come see the apartment I saw the apartment I liked it now I'm moving in August 1 2019 very professional calls you back kept me updated on every move he has make about the apartment I would recommend Jerry to anyone who is serious about finding apartments

Jerry Budhoo is a crook. My girlfriend gave him a security deposit of $1,572.00 plus another $1,572.00 that was suppose to go to first month rent 6 moths ago and she's still homeless and now without her money because he won't give it back.

Very unprofessional. I gave him a security deposit & he refuses to refund it. He's a FRAUD,NO GOOD!!

What a terrible Realtor! I wish I would've read these reviews before wasting my time going. He would always say he's going to back at you and never does. He's barely working, let alone ever making it possible so you can have a place I literally had a time frame to move out. He never tried to reach that goal always some b.s!! So don't bother going!! He's the most laziest & unprofessional Realtor I know!

Jerry Budhoo is the most unprofessional, real estate agent ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! If I could rate this business half of a star I would.

I don't know where to start, this man is so unprofessional, it should be illegal. He makes appointments he do not keep, he does not work at all. I don't know how he's still in business with his mannerisms. Horrible

Don't waste your time. They get your info and never contact you for any apartments. Go across the street to the other realtor, you'll have better luck.
