El problema de esta compañía no son las oficinas en el Bronx.. Es la oficina de Puerto Plata y no son las recepcionistas si no lo charlatanes que llevan las cajas. Ellos lleban las cajas para atras a la oficina y no hay una verificasion el porque la persona no estuvo en el momento que supuestamente el chofer llego con la caja. Te dicen que van un dia o otro y no llegan y cuando uno llama a cuestionar porque la caja no llego el cliente es el mentiroso. Le faltan el respetó al cliente, porque la resepcionista no sabe lo que paso en el camino y le pasa la llamada al chofer y los choferes saltan con historias tu estando en tu casa wllos dices que uno no estaba o que uno no tiene el dinero para pagar... solo porque si es lejo... ellos no le da la gana a llevar. No hay un dueño, gerente o un supervisor que oiga al cliente y tome el cliente en cuenta. Asi es que las compañías cae en bancarrota sin los clientes no hay compañía. De mi parte no vuelvo a usar su servicio de envio por la poca educacion y respeto que le tiene al cliente. Claro no lo recomiendo tampoco.

no manden por hay es malisimo mande una caja en diciembre 11 y todavia no llega, ademas de que ponen a uno de relajo diciendo que van hoy a entregar la caja, y no van, luego te dicen que mañana , que pasado asi tardan vastante y no cojen los telefonos ni aqui ni en la oficina de alla, eso no sirbe

Nothing but irresponsible people. I call so they can pick up a box that I wanted to send to the Dominican Republic. 2 weeks later its still here. They were supposed to pick up on a Wednesday and would show up on a Friday when I'm working. When they finally showed up they left me an empty box outside my house and didn't even ran the door bell. Idiots were supposed to pick up a box not drop off an empty box. After 3 times telling to dumm operator why they haven't showed up to PICK UP my box, I would figure common sense would kick in and check the information properly. I will do business with another company. They lack everything from customer service to half decent good service.

I sent a box to the Dominican Republic and I payed 80 bucks right here at home for it. So they called my mom in DR and tell her that she needs to pay 80 to get the box I sent. I called El Malecon at the Bronx office and they say I didn't pay. I have my receipt in hand, the guy who picked up the box, the driver, didn't write that the boxed was payed for. and wrote the letters PSR. now they tell me that PSR means "TO BE PAYED IN THE DOM REP" I had no clue. had I known what PSR mean this would not be happening to me. I didn't even get to sign the receipt, I didn't know that I had to sign it, he just gave it to me and left when I gave him the money and took my mom's info. If I had signed the receipt I would have notice. Also, I had sent stuffs with them before and I never had a problem. this could be just one bad apple. the fact that they don't resolve my problem is the problem I have. there is no one person to talk to there but the same people that took my money and the phone operators.

I really recommend this place if you like good prices and good service. This shipping company really did everything to help me get my stuff home (Dominican Republic). Loved to do more business again with them anytime, Friendly stuff and Safe.I recommend this people to freinds like its was too me.
