Placed order to be picked up at 1 p.m., 2/14/2020, there was an incredible long line of people waiting to pick up their orders that were not ready! There were the line jumpers as we know what culture that it, the entitled! Fights were going to break out because people were jumping the line! The people at this location did not have the orders ready, were rude with the customers asking for those on line for 2 hours to be patient, REALLY! When people place their orders, they expect them to be ready at the time of pickup, not three hours later! I got m y stuff and left, never to return to this location AGAIN! kEEP YOUR BUSINESS AS YOU WILL REAP EXACTLY THE WHAT YOU DESERVE, NO CUSTOMERS! WHY WOULD PEOPLE BELOW SAY IT'S A NIGHTMARE, BUT GIVE THEM FOUR STARTS! HOW STUPID IT THAT!

I placed an order on the 12th to be delivered on the 13th for a birthday. Today is the 14th and it hasn't been delivered. I called the store all day on the 13th and no one answered. Finally, they answered today only to tell me that they don't know whether my order was delivered or what happened and they're not willing to check because they're too busy. Avoid this store at all costs if you don't want waste your money and end up with a headache.
