Divine Health Medical Supplies really needs to close down permanently because obviously they do not know what they are doing. My clinic faxed over a prescription regarding my son’s pull ups. And they had told me that since my son has Medicaid and Medicare they do never cover for incontinence supplies. I had told them that since my son has serious health issues he always been receiving Medicaid and Medicare. And in the past he was receiving (through Prescription) Pull Ups and incontinence supplies at another medical supplies store. The workers here are very inexperience and really ignorant, again this business has to close down permanently.

This pharmacy did not conduct itself in a professional manner with my prescription. I was told to leave my prescription with them for a couple of days while they gained approval from the insurance. It took about a month. And that with no follow up phone calls on their part to keep me posted. I had to call about 5x myself. With my last call, I was informed that they finally received approval and my prescription would be delivered to me the next day. The next day came, no delivery! Called back and was told delivery man left my prescription.. Have to pick up myself.
In conclusion, spare yourself the hassle. Won't be returning..

I have had personal experience with this outfit. If they say they going to do something they get it done, Henry, the head of the outfit, is very kool and trustworthy , and Sylvia is great in the office and very efficient. they got me a great scooter that I can drive from Brooklyn into Manhattan and back to my place.... now that's gettin around!!!!!! GoodToGO!!!
