I am seen Dr. Allen for few months already. It looks like Doctors and Staff members from the Grand Concourse location do not know or do not care about patients. The Dr. told me to call in for prescription refill, they refused to send over the prescription, In addition, I ask to speak with the Doctor and they also refused. They want me to change my appointment which I already have on 11/16/2016 for today or tomorrow. I do not recommend this office to anybody. But, if you still want to go to the Grand Concourse office, you may back off as soon you open the door. Please do not go there.

He has help me very well with this foot with pain that on the top of my foot ...very great doctor.very professional and no what he doing .

I've been a patient of Dr. Dibello's office for many years. I started with Dr. Luizzi (hope I spelled his name right) and am currently with Dr. Allen. I'm speaking of the Grand Concourse office in the Bronx. The staff there is always professional and friendly. Dr. Lizzie would tell you a joke and when your treatment is finished,he'll the tell you that you owe him a joke when you return. A very warm,funny,and friendly guy. Dr. Allen has a smooth, friendly,insightful,and relaxing personality that makes you feel welcome and right at home. I also had a wonderful woman Dr. by the name of Dr. Decoiter (hope I spelled her name right). I am blessed to be a patient there and I thank God for them. Sincerely, Mr. Sanford Kelly
