Horrible service constantly changing prices for the same pick up and drop off location. Extremely disappointed.

Is there a (-) minus star because the service was horrible. The dispatcher was also very rude and unprofessional i will never ever call them again p.s two minutes turned into never coming at all

Very unreliable and unprofessional. On more than 5 occasions, the dispatcher told me my cab was coming in 2 mins and it took over 20 mins to come. Then the dispatcher got and attitude because i kept calling back. I waited in the cold with my 3 kids for a cab. Never again will I give them my business.

I spent over an hour requesting a cab through there app and tried calling there phones where busy I called nonstop and nothing.
