The reviews are correct, O'Grady's Plumbing is fair and honest. They did not take advantage of the situation, were understanding of our position and gave heat back to the property when it was freezing out during a water main break on a Sunday. I am very grateful to them for quickly restoring the water flow so that the boiler made steam. In such a stressful situation Mr. O'Grady was calming, and competent. And the cost was more than fair, beyond what I expected to pay. The DEP was making unnecessary work like suggesting that my whole tap was lead and needed to be replaced. But Mr. O'Grady took over and was correct that it was copper and fairly new and did not need replacement. We later learned from neighbors that O'Grady was right and the whole system had been done in the early eighties. No lead pipes. Thank you for your honesty.

So far very honest & very knowledgable in their expertise. Seems fair. Work performance to follow under separate cover.
