This is a company you ship your artwork to and they uncrate it, deliver it to the big art shows in Manahattan and when the show is over, they pick it up recrate it and notify your carrier for pickup. I used them in December and my piece came back with the frame corners broken, the plexi pushed in and the wire cut right in the middle, yet the shipping box was fine. They said they would look into it and call me back, which was a lie because they never called me back. It took me 5 phone calls to get an email address so I could show them photos of the damage. They are still blaming it on Fedex and swear it left their warehouse perfect. They say they call if there is even a scratch on the frame, lie!. How does a loose wire get cut inside a box? How do frame corners get chipped completely surrounded by foam? They gave me the runaround and did not do what they say. I will never use them again and hope no one else does either.
