GREAT SERVICE! FOR A GOOD PRICE!

I've been using their services for years now, they fixed my i pad, my son's video games, my wife laptop, installed cameras in my business and my house as well you named they done it all.

I'm trying to be fear with this review, because these guys deserve a try, they've been in the same location for more than 8 years, showing their faces to multiple issues, and being responsible all the time.

They have become an Icon in this community, don't get confused by a review that comes form an angry person that could not get things different than anybody else.

I will continue using their services because they are good, honest and reasonable, if they can't find a part they will let you know, if there is a storm and packages are delayed they will inform you, any way what is the big deal, that happens everywhere.

DO NOT GO HERE. Just Don't.

1. The lack of communication is atrocious. When I dropped off the laptop they told me they would call me in a day to check in on the progress. They never called. So I called them. That day they told me they would call back on the update for the piece they ordered. Never called me. So I called them four days later. They claimed that the piece was still coming in and that they were going to check on the shipping. Why didn't they already do that and update their client on the information? I call them to check in on my laptop 3 days later on a FRIDAY and they tell me it will be ready by TUESDAY. I call on a WEDNESDAY because they never called me. YET AGAIN. They tell me that they will call me on Thursday to tell me whether the part came in. Come FRIDAY I get no call.





3. No common sense. When I called me back on Friday to tell me if the part had FINALLY come in, they tell they sent it back to the vendor. They would not tell me why. HOW do you think that's okay? What's better is that it would take ANOTHER 5 DAYS to fix my laptop. So when I told them I'm coming to get my laptop and a refund I wanted to know what parts my laptop needed in the first place. He said that he could not tell me what parts my laptop needed. He refused to. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? First, they basically screw me over and sit on my laptop for weeks and then have the audacity to withhold information from me. I literally gave up and decided to come into the store the next day to get my laptop.



4. Rude, even in person. When I went to the store on Saturday they had my laptop ready. MY LAPTOP LOOKED WORSE THAN WHEN I GAVE IT TO THEM. I'm not a computer repair person but I'm also not dumb. There was something sticking out from the hinge that had not been sticking out before. I asked the guy what that piece was. He looked at his co-worker with a laugh and IGNORED ME. So I asked again what that piece was. He said, "Oh...its the...you know...hinge." I said, "No. The hinge is the part next to it. What is this metal piece STICKING out of the laptop?". He didn't answer. Instead he handed me a pen to sign my receipt. I didn't even take the pen. I looked at him and had to control everything inside of me not to scream. I said, "I'm not signing anything until you tell me what that piece is." Finally some other guy told me it was a bracket. WHY was it so hard for them to tell me what that piece was? Such disrespect for a customer who would have gladly paid them $120 to fix my laptop.



On top of that, the guy blamed me for not wanting to fix my laptop. When he finally said it was the bracket he went on to say, "Because you didn't want us to fix it, it looks like that". EXCUSE ME? My brother had to pull away before I had a massive freakout.



This place is the epitome of what it means to be a bad business owner in the Bronx. Every time that I called they didn't understand me when I speak perfectly clear English. If they feel like helping you, then they'll help you. But if they find that you aren't worth their time, they'll treat you like crap.



Do yourself a favor and DON'T GO HERE.
