I went there to reshape my nails and to change color and was charged $15 while a whole fill in is $20. The one lady with short black hair was extremely rude; I'm not exactly sure who appointed her manager while the owners are away, but I'd suggest replacing her before more issues arise. Paying $15 wouldn't be an issue if it didn't seem as though they made up the price in their head to get some extra change from me.

The ladies there does not do pedicures nicely ..you'll leave with your foot rougher than when you went in. No one speaks English!!!! On top of that i did my nails in which the lady rushed to get them done before it was time to leave. Result. ..my nails were badly shape and acrylic all over my cuticles, so uncomfortable!! I went back the next day for them to fix them... i got the run around. They told me i have to wait for the owner who was NEVER there....their prices are way too high and its not like there service is excellent. The only thing nice about that place is the furnishing and decor. Save your money and go down the street to the Chinese by the bus stop.

The staff are unable to follow instructions and can't understand English very well. If I say mani and pedi i think they should understand that statement. After all you're working at a location that provides manicures and pedicures.



Too many inexperienced workers. You should never leave with your feet hurting. The owner is barely there and only comes to check on how much money was made. The service and morale has gone downhill. Some staff use gloves and some do not. Today is my last day there and I will find another location to be serviced.

I went in there today 12/15/14 to get my eyebrows done . I EMPAHSIZED to the worker "please arch them . And I still want them thick , just clean it up" my eyebrows have not been done since sept so she had enough to work with . After she finished them I looked in the mirror and they were not at all what I wanted . No arch , and she took wayyyyy too much off . Instead of overacting with the worker . I simply complained to the manager about the poor work his employee has done . The manager then turned to her and asked "pay" -.- did not apologize for the work she has done that wasn't pleased with . So I suggest nobody go there to do there eyebrows in my opinion !
