Hi, My name Dmitri Golvin.I am at 920 Baychester av Apt 9a. My neighbor at Apt 10a intentional beaning in a sling not to allowed me to slip f roving thing at 7am in the morning. I did complain before with no result. Please sent officer to toked to tenant in 10A to stop noise disturbance.
