Philip H. Michaels Child Care Center Inc. has been offering academic and social program since its founding in 1955. The center provides multicultural, education, social, recreational, and a nutritional program to children between the ages 2.0 years old to 12 years old. The Dept. of Health has licensed its Preschool and Kindergarten program to serve children ages 2 to 6 years old. It also manages Universal Pre-K program funded by the NYC Board of Education for 2 1/2 hours a day.
