Great service and staff especially Raymond are very understanding and helpful in recommending memorials that will abide by cemetery guidelines. The work done on my mother's memorial was amazing and I get many people commenting what a beautiful job they did in memorializing her. Unlike other memorial businesses in the area that call you to try to sell you a headstone hours after a loved one's passing, this business respects families during their time of mourning. That's what you call class!

You did a wonderful job. They can pretty much do anything on a stone, most cemeteries have very boring monuments that are just standard and overpriced because people do not want to take the time to look elsewhere. I wanted the monument I got to be very special and detailed-different and unique. Ray who does the carvings and design is very nice. This place can pretty much do anything from various cultural monuments to the norm with your twist of ideas. They are in a great location near many cemeteries. So they know their cemeteries and work well at meeting all requirements of a particular cemetery. They do almost all the work in St Raymonds, that must mean something.:). If you want a nice monument made for your loved one I would choose these guys.

What they show me and explain, no surprises due to the sotrm. I expected delays; to my surprise, they follow through in such extreme conditions. I'm glad that a company that deals with grieving families everyday remain sensitive to our feelings and do the best to make us feel better. Good service, professional, follow ups with every step of your order.
