Excellent service from the start! I was worried I wouldn't find any availability due to it being near Cristmass but they accommodated me! At first, I was bummed I did not get to book the usual movers I would call for the previous years I have moved, but these guys just gained a new loyal customer! This company had way better service than I have experienced! Mel and Lee were the gentlemen that helped me today with my move and they went above and beyond to help me figure out where pieces of furniture would fit best in my condo. They also were very polite, efficient and extremely patient! I really appreciate the service I received today! If anyone is looking for a moving company, I will be sure to send them your way!

This move is surely excellent from the beginning to the end. The movers demonstrated exceptional skills in moving and packing my stuff. I must commend their attitude to work and diligence. I had a great move experience with them and that is why I will hire them again for my future moves. We had a lot of heavy stuff to move and our move was across a long distance. This was why we did not even see it as an option to hire an inexperienced moving company. We scoured the internet in search for an experienced moving company and luckily we came across Express Movers and Storage.These movers did an excellent job and moved our stuff in timely and perfect manner. We are pleasantly surprised with the way they handled the job and we will hire them again.

These guys are great! I used them to move my complete household long distance three times within two years(NYC to FL, FL to NYC and NYC to NC). Everyone from this moving company was terrific, especially Nadia, the sales manager who managed my moves. Every single person I had contact with at Bronx Express Movers was professional, courteous, friendly. Three moves and nothing was broken or lost. I highly recommend this moving company!

This was the single most horrible business I've ever dealt with. We called to get a quote and was quoted $300 for the first 3 hours and $100 each additional hour. We explained where we was moving from and to and the amount of items we had. The company told us all we needed was 2 movers. Everything sounded professional and great until the day of the move. We expressed a time of 10am because of alternate side street parking. The movers (who were contracted by BEM, Admiral Van Lines of Brooklyn and Bayonne, NJ) showed up at 9am and complained about the alternate side parking rules. As soon as the first mover (the ring leader) walked into the apartment it was an issue. He stated that our move was not a 2 person move and also that it was $300 for 2 hours and $100 each additional hour ALONG with a host of charges that was not explained to us by BEM. After going back and forth on the phone with Nadia and in person with the mover, we were told that we'd pay what we was quoted by Nadia, the mover started moving items (at 9:25am). Immediately they started being EXTREMELY rough with our property, throwing stuff around and THEN refused to pick up certain items (two book totes that myself picked up ALONE). Then all of a sudden they had no room in their truck (which was BIG) for all of our items, so I walked out to the truck and seen that there was roughly 1/3 of the truck filled with items that was NOT ours! Well there goes your space. OH and I forgot to mention, a 3rd mover magically appeared which we did not agree to. FURTHERMORE, the lead mover tried to hustle me out of my Dewalt Drill because his ceased working citing that we were getting a discount and that I should give it to him FOR that discount. UNREAL!!!! Now we get to the new apartment, he throws a fit because of the floor we were on, WHICH WAS NOTED BY US TO NADIA, so there should not have been ANY surprise. Their rough moving ways continued in the unloading. After unloading, the ring leader then DEMANDED a tip! I was appalled by all of this, then some manager (whos name we did not ever get) called us and basically told us to pay whatever....ABSOLUTELY NOT, after several attempts we got a hold of Nadia again. Now the move completed at 12:42pm, that's 3 hours and 17 minutes of moving, we was charges $435 which again did not match our quote because the mover wrote he finished at 1PM for which he did not. I was STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY. I don't know how they got good reviews up to this point! (Photos below of the truck, including a photo of the items that was IN the truck already before loading OUR stuff that caused items to be left behind in the old apartment that we had to END UP getting ourselves) STAY FAR AWAY! DON'T DO IT!

I have moved too many times in my life and have had some terrible experiences with interstate movers. Express Movers was an exception. They were on time, worked quickly, and were careful and professional. Express Movers got everything to our new home in Hilton Head NC on schedule with nothing broken or missing. This is the only mover that I will ever recommend.

Trustworthy, most affordable and very reliable on pricing and times promised! I am a real estate broker and referred many clients to this company. Each of them had raving reviews about the men who did the move, how careful they were with their furniture, how well they did with time management and easy to work with. My customers are very easy to complain about anything and everything. I will always use them because if they did poorly it reflects on me. It's so hard to find an honest company out there but there is at least one. I just had to move myself last month and got to experience first hand what my clients raved about. The move was stress free. They were scheduled for 8am and arrived at 8am sharp. The move was highly organized and nothing was broken. They moved part of my things to storage and part to my new residence. Nothing was mixed up. The men presented very well. Jack was in charge and made everything a pleasure. I so appreciated everything they did to make it so easy. I can not stand moving and this was painless.

I needed movers ASAP and learned there's lots of issues setting things up in certain towns. I called several movers that weren't able to go to certain suburbs. I'm not really sure what that was about. The few I found that could accommodate me were crazy expensive! Bronx Express Movers was the last one I called and they were a blessing. They were easy to work with and the cheapest rate I was quoted. They showed up right on time and both guys were sweet and worked really hard to keep things moving. I really appreciated this as I was paying by the hour. In the end they got everything done the exact way I asked and quickly worked on the bill. I didn't have any issues with damaged items either. They handle any size move big or small. I won't hesitate to use them again for my next move!
