Julio of Brinavic Extreminating is a good listener, very approachable, easy to speak with, took his time, did a detailed inspection, showed me all the problem areas and even advised me how I can do some self rodent proofing to save money. We enjoyed mutual respect and he worked within my budget as well. I will recommend him to anyone seeking quality professional
work at a fair price.

He asked me several questions while performing a detailed inspection. I was also educated and left with valuable information as he pointed out areas in my home that were at risk for potential problems. His information was conveyed in a way that I could understand, which is something I really appreciated. Overall he was skillful, made me feel confident in the new method of prevention, and the helpful feedback was a plus!
