Don't shop there. The prices are OK but there are other discount stores (one is right next door) in the neighborhood, right on Broadway. I recently purchased a "Comfort Zone" pedestal fan and then went out of town for 3 days. The fan worked great for the 3 days before we left town. Now, because 7 days have passed (even, as stated it would have been impossible for me to return it within a week as we simply were not in town!) they will not make an exchange even though in the literature from the manufacturer says that you have 30 days if the unit is defective to take it back to the store who will receive full credit. I spoke directly with the manufacturer who told me that 7 days was "ridiculous". The manufacturer's actually warrants the product for a full 12 months but after 30 days it must be sent back to the manufacturer for replacement.

I simply find that they are severely lacking in customer service skills and that there is plenty of competition who, when shown the manufacturer's warranty will work with you.
