I have been patronizing this hair store for almost four years. As of late I have been purchasing more online. The owner Mr. Kim is arrogant and is never thankful for the enormous amount of business from the blacks, primarily the Jamaican community.



To his credit, he offers one of the largest selections of hair pieces, wigs, weaving and braiding, etc. The stylist are very personable and truly are great stylists. They all do really exceptional work. The store is large and quite clean for the Bronx. Your experience can go great until you have deal with the owner to check out.



I live in CT, generally I know what I want. I asked him if he could mail hair to me when it came in I would be happy to pay wherever costs were associated. Can you believe he said "no"! He said I always act like I'm special. Well, of course. He really needs to understand what true customer service is all about. Going forward I will try to spend no money in this establishment until he understands that without us; he would have no business.Meanwhile, i've spent well over $2,500. I will spend my hard earned money only at places that welcome my business.
