We are so pleased with the work that was done on our remodel. Barett Gold and his crew were so good to work with. We can't get enough compliments on the remodel especially the flooring. They do quality work and Barett and his crew were always stopping by to assure the work was being done to our specifications and satisfaction. The details in the craftsmanship are fantastic! We look forward to using Berwen Contracting again for our next kitchen project with eagerness!

Just had a terrible experience with this company. & Barrett Gold, its principle technician.
I hired them to install a sliding glass shower door consisting of two panels which their tech, Barrett Gold attempted to install. After installing one panel we heard a loud crash. He had dropped and shattered the other panel. He was extremely apologetic stating that it slipped through his hands, and promised to replace and re-install it asap at no extra expense.
The next day, however, I received an email stating that he had called the glass fabricator (using my name!) & determined that the second panel was now 1/8" off and so that was the reason why he had dropped it. Absolutely unbelievable! Very different story then previous where "it just slipped through my hands".
He then proceeded to bluntly say that he would return provided I pay him $645 for the initial install & an additional $1946 to replace the glass and re-install--- very different tone from the previous day where he apologized profusely & promised to make good on his mistake. For anyone considering to use this company, I would strongly urge you to re-consider, since the do not stand behind their work or their word!'

Great company! They took great care and pride in their work. I first had them replace a broken toilet, which I needed done quickly. They came out on the weekend and had it installed in hour or so. I called them back to replace two attic windows, which were leaking, and again, they responded quickly and replaced them. They are very competitive in price but more knowledgeable than other contractors that I have had in the past. They didn't try pushing me into a particular product and actually guided me thru each on its warrantee and consumer ratings. I will have them back to remodel my bathroom!!!
