I'm writing this review on behalf of my elderly father. Now my father and I have been coming here for years. We have trusted Dr. Agho with our medical care and we thought he was the right person. However, my father went to an appointment this week to receive a blood pressure prescription that was urgently needed. Now, the receptionist was very rude telling my father that he had a bill and couldnt be seen until he paid an $800 bill. My father tried to tell them that the insurance company is sending a letter to pay for the bill amount. However, they disregarded what he said AND DENIED HIM ANY CARE OR ASSISTANCE AFTER HE WAITED AN HOUR. I'm not sure, but if someone needs medical care they should be seen whether they could pay at that moment or not the bill will be sent later. NO ONE SHOULD BE DENIED ASSISTANCE. Dr.Agho is extremely unprofessional and his staff. All my father needed was a prescription any cost should be billed afterwards. USELESS STAFF!
