During my college years, I worked for a large NYC pest control company and spent 4+ yrs in homes apartments, offices, etc. I deliberately did not share this information with Mark until after the job was done. First let me tell you that Mark is the most thorough, patient, professional and knowledgeable exterminator I have ever been associated with. Following Home Advisor's great reviews we hired him. We recently renovated an old apartment in the Bronx and after moving in discovered a mouse problem. Mark responded within the hour and came the next day. He spent 5+ hours meticulously sealing off the entire apartment. He later strategically placed high potent bait. He shared his expectation that in a week we should have controlled the mouse issue. In 5 days, the the apartment was completely free of any mice!

Many times we look first to the larger exterminating companies to solve our pest issues. We wrongly think the bigger they are, the better they must be. These companies will NEVER be able to achieve the "TOTAL" customer service level that Avalon and Mark provides. I guarantee that you will never find a more dedicated pest control company that provides this level of cost,value, & efficiency.
