Asc properties is a bait and switch realty.They hold apartment for family members. I was approved for a apartment and when I ask for them to change the stove and other things prior to moving in they said they will look in to it.The next day they call me and told me I ask for to much and they found some one better....STAY AWAY from ASC properties. ...
