Want everybody to know that Appliance Connection was forced to change their name. There new name is Appliance Driven. There was too much customer confusion with a company called Appliance(S) Connection in Brooklyn who has terrible customer service. I am writing because I found Appliance Connection by stumbling on the other company's website. They were terrible, absolute worst company to deal with. Joel, the owner of Appliance Connection expressed the problems they have been having with customer confusion from Appliance(s) Connection and were forced to changed their name January 2014. Joel, you are the best and run a business to perfection..I wanted everyone to know this as you always go our of your way for myself, family and friends. Thanks for all you do..YOur loyal customer

Zuleima is a treasure. She is wonderful to work with. Her customer service is the best I have ever encountered. I tell everyone I know to use her at Appliance Connection. Their prices are extremely competitive but their service is head and shoulders above the competition.

ordered washer/dryer (samsung wf431abw/dv431aew) on 11/6. washer in stock, dryer was not. told them not to ship until dryer was in stock. got 3-4 automated emails. so far, so good. today (11/11), washer/dryer 50% off at lowe's. called to get price adjustment based on their 'price match guarantee'. told by calvin? that lowe's price was too good and they coudn't beat it. i pointed out their price match policy. argued with him a couple of times, he finally stated very rudely "look, i'm not going to repeat myself a 3rd time. you can't make me reduce the price for you. we cannot beat lowe's price. i can cancel the order for you. but i cannot match that price.' hung up, drove to lowe's, bought what i wanted. called appliance connection back. got russell. he was polite and cancelled my order. since it had not shipped, i didn't get charge anything. don't know how it would have turned out, though, if order had been shipped. so, buyer beware of price matching policy and which rep you get.

Great experience. We needed a simple washing machine and was on a budget. I was able to get the most for my money, and getting the best service. The only place to buy appliances! Dealt with a pretty young lady names Zuleima who really knew her business. I usually deal with the owner, Joel, but was pleasantly surprised with the amount of knowledge I received with Zuleima. I have to say, shopping at Appliance Connection was great. Service, pricing, and the knowledgeable salespeople were very impressive. I just did a $50,000 kitchen without a glitch. If you want the best service out there, avoid PC Richards and see Joel at Appliance Connection. He is the owner and you will not be dissapointed.
